The staff made us feel at home with their exceptional hospitality, making check-in a breeze.
The air conditioning unit in the room had a very dusty filter which affected indoor air quality.

The motel offered a cozy King Room, very clean and spacious. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, making it easy to relax. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave, great for snacks. The staff were helpful during check-in and check-out, making the experience seamless. This caught me off guard since my wallet had been stolen earlier that day. It was frustrating to be turned away, especially after driving 40 miles. I ended up sleeping in my car that night. The next night's stay at another motel felt far more welcoming since they didn't require a deposit. Transparency about the deposit would greatly improve the experience at Sleepy Traveler. Overall, aside from the deposit issue, my stay had a pleasant atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on 18 Augrenovated roomsspacious designpaint odor
Rooms were recently renovated with a fresh coat of paint, giving them a clean, modern look. A nice touch was the King Room’s spaciousness, allowing for comfortable movement and relaxation.
However, the renovation came with its own set of issues. the strong smell of paint led to nausea and headaches among guests, making it an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, there was a questionable handling of refund policies, with the owner appearing more concerned about commission than guest experience. Insects seem to thrive in the area, contributing further to an unpleasant stay.

Parking right outside my room was a huge convenience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel safe during my solo stay. Although the area was quiet, I did notice some noise seeping through from outside. A bit more attention could be given to the cleanliness of communal areas. Additionally, there was a lack of dining options nearby, which made it a bit inconvenient for meals.
